Restricted Operator Certificate – Marine Commercial (ROC-MC)

This radio operator’s course is required for personnel in charge of a radio watch in Sea Area A1 (approximate 50 miles from shore on the BC coast) under the Global Maritime Distress and Safety Systems.

This course does not require approval by the Private Training Institution Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training. As such, PTIB did not review this course.
