Leadership and Teamwork
This course is intended to provide seafarers with the knowledge, skill and understanding of leadership and teamwork at the operational level on board a ship, with specific focus on controlling the operation of the ship and care for persons on board. The course meets the requirements sets out in tables A-II/1, A-III/1 and A-III/6 of the STCW Code including 2010 Manila amendments.
This course does not require approval by the Private Training Institution Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training. As such, PTIB did not review this course.
