This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the content, application, and purpose of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 (with Canadian Modifications), the Marine Personnel Regulations (Part II), the STCW Code Section A-VIII/2, the Canadian Notices to Mariners – Annual Edition, and Routeing Standards.
