General Ship Knowledge Course Level 3
The General Ship Knowledge Level 3 course is designed to provide mariners with a basic knowledge of the Canada Shipping Act, Canada Labour Code, Marine Personnel Regulations, and various other regulations, codes and orders.
General Ship Knowledge Level 3 is required for:
Master 150GT, Domestic
Watchkeeping Mate, Near Coastal
Watchkeeping Mate
Chief Mate 500GT, Domestic
The student must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in this course.
