Restricted Operator Certificate – Marine (ROC-M)

This course is required for personnel operating a VHF equipped vessel in sheltered waters and Near Coastal Two.

It is required for all boats using DSC (Digital Select Calling) VHF radios within 25 miles of shore

This course does not require approval by the Private Training Institution Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training. As such, PTIB did not review this course.
